Terms of Service — Street Dice Legends

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Gritplay Ltd ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), registered at CMS House Third Floor, St. Peter's Street, San Gwann, SGN 2310, Malta, governing your use of the Street Dice Legends game and related services ("the Game"). By downloading, accessing, or using the Game, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use the Game. By using it you represent that you meet this requirement. The Game is a simulated dice game played with virtual currency only. It is not gambling and offers no opportunity to win real money or anything of real-world value.

2. Your account

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. You may play as a guest, but guest progress may be lost if you uninstall the Game or switch devices without linking an Apple or Google account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

3. Virtual currency and items

The Game includes virtual currency (Stacks, Gold, Dice Tokens) and virtual items such as dice and cosmetics ("Virtual Items").

Virtual Items have no monetary value, are not your property, and cannot be sold, traded outside the Game, redeemed, or exchanged for real money or anything of value.
We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use Virtual Items within the Game, and may manage, modify, or remove them at any time.
Virtual Items may expire or be forfeited if your account is closed or terminated, or if the Game is discontinued.

4. Purchases

The Game offers optional in-app purchases ("Purchases") processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. By making a Purchase you agree to the applicable store's terms.

All Purchases are for consumable Virtual Items delivered to your account.
All sales are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law or the relevant store's policies. Refund requests are handled by the app store, not by us.
Prices and offerings may change at any time. We are not responsible for store fees, taxes, or currency conversion applied by the store.

5. License to use the Game

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the Game for your own non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms. We and our licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the Game, including all software, art, audio, trademarks, and other content.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Cheat, exploit bugs, use bots, automation, or modified clients, or otherwise interfere with fair play or the integrity of the Game.
Buy, sell, or transfer accounts, Virtual Items, or currency for real money or outside the Game.
Harass, threaten, defraud, or abuse other players, or post content that is unlawful, hateful, obscene, or infringing.
Reverse engineer, decompile, tamper with, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Game, its servers, or other accounts.
Use the Game in violation of any applicable law.

We may monitor and moderate gameplay and communications to enforce these Terms, prevent fraud and abuse, and keep the Game fair.

7. User content and communications

You are responsible for content you submit, including chat messages, your username, and your profile picture ("User Content"). You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and transmit your User Content as needed to operate the Game. You must have the rights to any content you upload. We may remove User Content and restrict features at our discretion.

8. Fair play and account actions

To protect the experience for everyone, we may issue warnings, remove Virtual Items obtained through fraud or error, restrict features, or suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are engaged in cheating, fraud, or abuse.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for any breach of these Terms or for any lawful reason. You may stop using the Game and delete your account at any time. On termination, your license ends and Virtual Items associated with your account are forfeited, except where prohibited by law. We may also modify or discontinue the Game, in whole or in part, at any time.

10. Disclaimers

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so some of the above may not apply to you.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, progress, or Virtual Items, arising from or related to your use of the Game. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim or USD 50. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates from any claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your User Content, or your misuse of the Game.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malta, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The courts of Malta will have jurisdiction over disputes, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you in the Game. Your continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
