Street Dice Legends ("the Game", "we", "us", or "our") is operated by Gritplay Ltd ("the Company"), registered at CMS House Third Floor, St. Peter's Street, San Gwann, SGN 2310, Malta. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use the Game, why we collect it, how we use and share it, and the choices and rights you have.
By creating an account or otherwise using the Game, you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.
Street Dice Legends is a simulated dice game that uses virtual currency only. It does not offer real-money gambling, and virtual currency and items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be cashed out, redeemed, or transferred for real money.
The Game is intended for adults and is not directed to children. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use it. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us at support@gritplaygames.com and we will delete it.
Where the EU/UK GDPR applies, we rely on: performance of a contract to provide the Game; legitimate interests to secure the Game, prevent fraud and abuse, and improve our services; consent for push notifications and any optional analytics that require it (which you may withdraw at any time); and legal obligation where required by law.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as follows:
We operate and store data in the United States and may process it in other countries. Where we transfer personal data out of the EEA or UK, we use appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. Chat history is retained for a limited period and then automatically deleted. Some records, such as purchase and fraud-prevention records, are kept longer where required. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except data we must retain by law.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, object to or restrict processing, withdraw consent, request portability, and lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
California residents (CCPA/CPRA): you have the right to know, delete, and correct your personal information, and to opt out of "sale" or "sharing". We do not sell your personal information.
To exercise any right, contact support@gritplaygames.com. You can also manage data directly in the Game (edit your profile, block players, or turn notifications on or off in Settings › Account).
If you grant permission, we send push notifications through Apple Push Notification service and Firebase Cloud Messaging. You can disable them at any time in Settings › Account or in your device settings.
We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and credential management. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The Game relies on Apple, Google, and other providers listed in Section 5. Your use of sign-in and payment features is also subject to those companies' own privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third parties.
We may update this Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you in the Game. Your continued use after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
